MGM Television and On Site Productions are now in production on season 3 of the hugely popular MTV television series “Teen Wolf”. The casting director is holding auditions throughout the season for guest starring, recurring roles, and day players. The extras casting director is also casting general background and featured extras throughout the third season, which is 24 episodes long. “Teen Wolf” relocated production from Atlanta to Los Angeles after being approved for a California film and TV tax credit.
“Teen Wolf”, which is loosely based on the 1985 film of the same name, revolves around social outcast Scott McCall, a high school student living in the town of Beacon Hills. Scott’s life drastically changes when he is bitten by a werewolf, becoming one himself. He must henceforth learn to balance his problematic new identity with his day-to-day teenage life. The following characters are instrumental to his struggle: Stiles, his best friend; Allison, his love interest who comes from a family of werewolf hunters; and Derek, a mysterious werewolf with a dark past. Throughout the series, he strives both to keep his loved ones safe and maintain the relationships he shares with each person around him.
Starring in “Teen Wolf” is Teen Choice Awards winner Tyler Posey playing the central character Scott McCall, a teenager whose life changes after he becomes a werewolf. Also starring is Teen Choice Awards winner Crystal Reed as Allison Argent, Scott’s love interest and member of the Argent werewolf hunters; Dylan O’Brien plays the role of Stiles Stilinski, Scott’s sarcastic human best friend; Young Artist Awards winner Tyler Hoechlin is Derek Hale, a mysterious werewolf; Holland Roden plays Lydia Martin, Allison’s best friend; Daniel Sharman portrays Isaac Lahey; Sinqua Walls plays Boyd; Ian Bohen plays a recurring role as Peter Hale; and twins Charlie and Max Carver play Aiden & Ethan. The talented writer Jeff Davis is creator, head writer and executive producer for “Teen Wolf”, and also serves as showrunner. Davis, who holds a master’s degree in screenwriting from the University of Southern California, created the series because of his love of the horror genre. His other executive television producing/writing credit is the CBS crime drama series “Criminal Minds”. Marty Adelstein also serves as executive producer on “Teen Wolf”. Adelstein is one of the founding members of the powerhouse Endeavor Talent Agency.

Story:

The theme of “finding your place” is a prevalent undertone that is mirrored by the pack mentality of the werewolves.
