From the production company behind “Dirty Jobs,” “My Fair Wedding,” and “Ghost Hunters” comes a new unscripted reality television series pilot that follows child actors as they pursue their dreams. J.T. Austin, who played Max Russo on the Disney Channel series “Wizards of Waverly Place,” is teaming up with Pilgrim Films & Television and will serving as one of the show’s executive producers.

This new series will focus on a group of families in the Los Angeles area as they put their lives on hold to pursue their child’s dream of acting, singing or modeling. The casting directors want to see the sacrifice, the success and the frustration of families trying to make it in the entertainment industry today.

The casting directors want to see child performers who are still trying to get his or her first audition, or those who are on the brink of their first big break, and every stage in between.
